OverviewThe Technical Project Manager independently carries out large and small project and problem-solving assignments that involve a broad understanding of business, applications, and technologies. Functions alone, as a participant on a team, or as team leader in carrying out assignments, depending on scope and complexity. Typically involved with relatively urgent or important initiatives or a relatively short duration where speed of project or problem resolution is highly valued or critical to business operations. Works with all levels of staff in and outside of the department, external parties, and others with occasionally high levels of ambiguity as it relates to issues, technologies, and organization.
