An experienced Pharmacy Technician is needed for a government contract opportunity supporting a specialized state-operated healthcare facility in Austin, Texas.
This opportunity is ideal for a pharmacy professional who is comfortable working in a structured clinical environment where accuracy, medication safety, inventory control, and regulatory compliance are essential to daily patient care.
About the Company:
This state-supported healthcare facility operates within a highly regulated clinical environment where pharmacy services play an important role in ensuring medications are prepared, stored, distributed, and documented safely and accurately. Pharmacy staff work closely with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to support medication management throughout the facility.
Position Summary:
The Pharmacy Technician will support daily pharmacy operations through medication preparation, inventory management, distribution, medication-area inspections, technical assistance, and clerical support.
