We are a dedicated and compassionate dental practice, located in downtown DC, seeking an associate dentist. As an associate dentist, you would be an integral part of our highly trained and hard working team. You will be given ample opportunity to provide leadership and deliver a wide range of dental procedures with a full schedule of patients each day. Our brand new office is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, modern design with clean and beautiful interiors.
We are looking for someone who is passionate, high-energy, and very positive! We offer the ability to run two to three columns of patients with the help of two dental assistants per doctor.
Candidates must be proficient at crowns, bridges, extractions, fillings, veneers, and restorative treatments. Invisalign certification and pediatric dentistry skills are valued. This position provides opportunity for growth with a paid bonus scale.
Must have an active DC dental license, DEA number, CPR certification, and a minimum of 1 year of post-graduate experience in general dentistry."

Job Description Diagnose and treat: Identify and treat problems with teeth, gums, and other parts of the mouth
Perform procedures: Clean teeth, fill cavities, repair fractured teeth, perform crowns, implants, and extractions
Educate patients: Provide advice on oral hygiene and diet choices that affect oral health
Plan treatment: Create treatment plans and prescribe medication
Evaluate overall health: Assess a patient's overall health
Prevent disease: Help patients develop better oral hygiene regimens
full-time $14,862 - $18,990 per month
- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
- Commission-Based Incentives: Earn a percentage of the revenue generated from advanced treatments, including dental implants, orthodontic procedures, and cosmetic dentistry services.
- Work Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday: 8 AM - 5:30 PM;
- Breaks: 60-minute meal break (not counted as work hours).
- Overtime: Overtime available during busy seasons and paid at 1.5x the regular hourly rate.
- Weekend Work: No weekend shifts required.
- No Holiday Shifts
