I’m a fitness creator looking for an experienced strategist to grow paid subscriptions for my fitness app and strategically repurpose my content across platforms.
I create and film the content, and I have an assistant who handles posting. You’ll own the research, strategy, messaging, and creative direction—with a focus on content that gets attention and turns viewers into subscribers.
What you’ll do
* Analyze my content, audience behavior, and available sign-up data to identify what drives reach and conversions.
* Research similar fitness creators, apps, and memberships for promotional angles and content ideas to test.
* Develop hooks, scripts, captions, Stories, carousels, and campaigns that sound like me.
* Turn transformations, testimonials, and program benefits into compelling promotional content.
* Build a cross-platform repurposing plan, including adapting existing content into LinkedIn posts and Substack articles.
* Create a monthly content calendar and weekly briefs for me and my posting assistant, with clear hooks, messaging, formats, and CTAs.
* Track results, test new approaches, and recommend what to repeat, improve, or stop.
Required experience
* Proven experience working with fitness creators or brands, ideally serving women.
* Examples of content that achieved strong reach and measurable sales or subscriptions.
* Strong understanding of viral content patterns, storytelling, audience pain points, and conversion copywriting.
* Ability to adapt ideas to different platforms while preserving a creator’s authentic voice.
* Comfortable interpreting analytics and working with the tracking available.
* Proactive, organized, and able to turn research into specific ideas I can film.
Bonus: Experience growing LinkedIn and Substack audiences, developing paid ad creative, and setting up or optimizing Meta campaigns.
Expected deliverables
* Monthly content and conversion plan.
* Weekly scripts, creative briefs, and repurposing directions.
* A testing roadmap and concise performance updates with clear next steps.
The main goal is more paying app subscribers, supported by stronger audience connection and qualified reach across platforms.
This is a remote freelance role with potential for ongoing work. We’ll collaborate through shared documents and regular strategy calls.
